Create Snapshot…
Clicking on this menu item creates a snapshot of the selected site. Further information can be found here. -
Restore Snapshot…
Clicking on this menu item restores a snapshot of the selected site. Further information can be found here. -
Show Snapshots in Finder
Clicking on this menu item displays the default snapshots directory of the selected site in the Finder.

Save to Cloud
Clicking this menu item will zip the data (files, folders, databases) of the selected site. If you have specified that encryption should be used in the Cloud settings, the data will be encrypted when the ZIP file is created and the file will have the extension “.encryptedzip”. The created ZIP file is then uploaded to the cloud. This may take some time depending on the size of the file. -
Load from Cloud
Clicking this menu item will download the ZIP file containing the data (files, folders, databases) of the selected site from the cloud. This may take some time depending on the size of the file. It will then be unzipped. If the data is encrypted, it will be decrypted during the unpacking process. The data on the selected site will then be replaced with the data downloaded from the cloud.Note that this process cannot be undone. To be on the safe side, you should have a recent backup before loading data from the cloud.

Delete from Cloud
Clicking this menu item will delete all data from the selected site from the cloud. The cloud data will be lost on all computers using it. Files can only be recovered using your cloud provider’s versioning capabilities. Local data will remain unchanged. -
Resolve name change
If you have the same site on two Macs and exchange data via the cloud, you should be able to change the name of the site. If you do this, the ZIP file in the cloud will be renamed as well. When you change the name of the site on the first Mac, you will be notified of the change on the second Mac. You can either change the name of the ZIP file in the cloud to match the site name, or change the name of the site to match the name in the cloud.

Publish…
When you click this menu item, the data (files, directories, database) will be uploaded from your local site to your remote host. Further information can be found here. This menu item is only active if the selected host has access credentials to the remote server. -
Import…
When you click this menu item, the data (files, directories, database) will be downloaded from your remote host to your local site. Further information can be found here. This menu item is only active if the selected host has access credentials to the remote server. -
Duplicate…
Clicking on this menu item starts a wizard which you can use to create a duplicate of the selected site.

Get remote WordPress out of Maintenance Mode
Clicking this menu item will exit the maintenance mode of the WordPress installation on the remote server. This menu item is only active if the selected host has access credentials to the remote server. -
Turn ON/OFF Debug mode for selected host
Here you can enable or disable the debug mode of WordPress on the current host. This menu item is only available if there is a WordPress installation on the selected host. More information about WordPress debug mode can be found here. -
Flush Cache
Clicking on this menu item flushes the WordPress cache.

Site folder ≠ Document root
When you click on this menu item, a new subdirectory is created in the selected side directory into which the entire previous content is moved. This menu item is only active when the servers are not running. -
Site folder = Document root
When you click on this menu item, the directory selection for “Document root” is set to “Same as site folder” for the selected site. This menu item is only active when the servers are not running.

Optimize Image Sizes…
Clicking on this menu item opens a dialog which you can use to start optimizing the file sizes of the images on the selected site. You can specify which file formats are taken into account in the Settings in the “Images” section. -
Edit Permissions…
A click on this menu item opens the dialog box for adjusting the permissions of the currently selected site. More information about the Permissions Panel can be found here.
