I requested my serial numbers but did not receive an email

If you have requested your serial numbers via our form but have not received an email, this may be because your email provider or email programme has incorrectly declared the email as spam. Please check this and look in your spam folder (Junk, Bulk, …) to see if the corresponding email is there. If the email is there, please mark the email as “not spam” to ensure further communication in the future.

If you do not find the email there either, please contact our support.
