This section contains the following elements:
A “List View” displays any number of equal parts as a list. This list is scrollable and usually covers the entire screen. Single entries (lines) can be tapped optionally. A tap can be used, for example, to go from a news overview to a news detail page.
A “Collection View” displays any number of identical parts as a grid. This grid is scrollable and usually covers the entire screen. Single entries (cells) can be tapped optionally. For example, a tap can be used to go from an image overview to an image detail page.
With an Image View you have the possibility to display an image. The image can be located directly in the appdoo project or it can be loaded from a URL on the Internet.
The WYSIWYG editor offers you a multiline text field. In contrast to a multiline label, here you have the possibility to format the entered text.
You can use the HTML container to create an area in your iOS app that you can display using HTML code. Of course you can also use CSS (inline or external).
You can use the Web View to display any Web site. Simply enter the URL.
You can use a Document View to display documents in a number of different file formats.
The “Media Player” can play various audio and video formats. The corresponding files can either be stored directly in the appdoo project or loaded from the Internet.
The Map View allows you to display an interactive map in your iOS app. You can define the position and the map type. Of course it is also possible to add a marker (annotation) to the map.
With the Photo Slider you can add a large number of images to your app that the user of the iOS app can browse through. You can choose whether the images should come from your project or from the Internet.
